Leadership Redwood Coast is a five-month long fellowship which includes six sessions held in varied locations throughout the Humboldt and Del Norte region. The annual program guides a fellowship of approximately 30 diverse leaders through leadership training as well as in-person excursions throughout Humboldt and Del Norte counties, and adjacent Tribal lands. During the program, leaders broadened their understanding of our region’s critical opportunities and complex challenges and built connections with other leaders in the community.
Participants gained experiences which highlighted the unique strengths, opportunities, and complex issues that the region faces. Leadership Redwood Coast strengthens collaborative ties throughout the region in order to overcome these unique challenges together, broadening perspectives and building community.
If you are interested in attending Leadership Redwood Coast, recruitment for the 2026 program begins in October.
