Blue Lake Rancheria Resilience Service Corps Fellow
Location: Blue Lake Rancheria – Blue Lake, CA
Reports to: TRSC Program Manager and designated departmental supervisor(s)
Job Description: The Tribal Resilience Service Corps (TRSC) Fellow is a workforce-development position designed to provide young adults with hands-on work experience, professional training, mentorship, and career-development opportunities in climate resilience, fuels reduction, defensible space and home hardening, forestry and wood utilization, environmental stewardship, emergency preparedness, public safety, and related public-service fields.
TRSC Fellows work collaboratively with Blue Lake Rancheria departments, including the Office of Emergency Services (OES), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Wildland Fire Department (WFD), Police Department (PD), Tribal Education Agency (TEA), and Resiliency Training and Innovation Center (RTIC). Fellows participate in supervised fieldwork, training, community engagement, and resilience projects while developing transferable occupational skills and professional credentials.
The position supports the TRSC goals of reducing wildfire risk, strengthening long-term emergency preparedness and climate resilience, protecting Tribal lands and infrastructure, and developing pathways for young adults to pursue careers in public service and related fields.

Blue Lake Rancheria Visitor Experience Manager
Location: Blue Lake Rancheria – Blue Lake, CA
Reports to: Project Director
Job Description: The Visitor Experience Manager is a benefits-eligible, part-time position (0.75 FTE, 30 hours per week), funded for the 24-month period of performance and created to build and operate the Blue Lake Rancheria’s coordinated visitor program. The Manager converts the Tribe’s existing, informally handled flow of visitors into a coordinated, culturally grounded, bookable, and measured set of experiences at the Tribe’s existing operations.

Blue Lake Rancheria Assistant Farm Manager
Location: Blue Lake Rancheria – Blue Lake, CA
Reports to: Farm Manager and Environmental Director
Job Description: Under the supervision of the Farm Manager, the Assistant Farm Manager supports daily operations at Blue Lake Rancheria’s (BLR) Daluviwi’ Community Garden. The position helps coordinate crop production in the outdoor field and high tunnels year-round, harvest and post-harvest handling, produce distribution, composting, and farm maintenance. The Assistant Farm Manager also provides daily support, guidance and hands-on training to farm staff, interns, and volunteers.
