The Blue Lake Rancheria (BLR) Resiliency Training & Innovation Center (RTIC) recently held a Drone Assessment and Response Tactics (DART) course in the Powers Creek Community Room at Blue Lake Rancheria. The course taught participants about Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) criminal threats, response tactics, and detection techniques to address UAS threats. The DART course presents an opportunity to learn the skills needed to detect, identify, track, assess, respond, and report UAS activity.
The Blue Lake Rancheria Resiliency Training & Innovation Center (RTIC) provides hands-on education and workforce development training focused on emergency preparedness, disaster response, and long-term community resilience.
