Emergency Manager ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฟ and OES Programs Assistant ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ led an Intro to First Aid session, giving students hands-on training in lifesaving skills, including:
๐ข How to ensure ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ before providing aid
๐ข The proper way to ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ in an emergency
๐ข Understanding and using ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ (๐ฃ๐ฃ๐) โ including how to remove it safely without contamination
๐ข Techniques for controlling bleeding and ๐ฏ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐น๐ผ๐๐ in trauma situations
