At Blue Lake Rancheria, we believe that preparedness saves lives. Through our Office of Emergency Services and Resiliency Training & Innovation Center (RTIC), we’ve trained over 190 community members in life-saving bleeding control techniques. Our certified instructors, including Emergency Manager 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗿, have empowered participants with the skills to act swiftly during emergencies.
Why is this important? Severe bleeding can lead to death within minutes. Immediate response is crucial, and with proper training, anyone can become a lifesaver.
