During the Blue Lake Casino and Tribal Government Headquarters project, the Construction teams were responsible for the building and ongoing management of these structures and all related facilities (parking, lighting, landscape, sewer, water, electric, natural gas, and more). In addition, the team developed and managed several related, high-profile projects such as public and Rancheria access road improvements, as well as sensitive environmental impact mitigation measures.
Experienced Environmental Mediation
The Construction Division has participated, as construction-side lead agency and project manager, in dozens of environmental analysis and impact studies. Construction personnel are familiar with all processes in the course of these studies, fluent in the specific terminology needed, and have an outstanding record of completing all processes as efficiently as possible.
